Travel platformCyprus Villa Retreats
Cyprus's largest villa rental operation, moved off eight disconnected tools and onto one platform we designed, built and run.
Challenge
The business was running on eight separate tools that never talked to each other. Pricing lived in one place, availability in another, owner reports somewhere else. Every booking meant hopping between systems, and every hop cost staff time.
What we built
One platform, end to end. Guest search with quotes in 200 milliseconds, card payments built in, a staff portal with a drag-select calendar, owner reporting, and dynamic pricing running in seven languages. It replaced all eight tools with a single system the team relies on every day.
Outcome
250+ villas live on a single system, search results in under two seconds, and more than 60 staff hours recovered every week.

Private AIAir-gapped financial AI
A private AI assistant for a corporate finance group, running on hardware we built and own. Nothing ever leaves the building.
Challenge
The group needed AI on documents too sensitive for any cloud: loan schedules, registers, financial statements. The rule was absolute. Nothing could ever leave the building, so no cloud AI service was an option.
What we built
A private AI assistant on machines we built ourselves, running entirely offline inside their walls. It reads financial documents and answers in plain language with its working shown. Voice in, charts out. Built for work too sensitive for any cloud.
Outcome
A 20-page financial statement read in 26 seconds. 63 tokens per second on our own hardware. Zero data outside the room.

An AI employee for a Cyprus distributor with 70 years of history, working alongside their team across 95,000 products.
Challenge
Seventy years of trading, 95,000 products, and the answers buried in an ERP that only a handful of people could query. Everyone else had to phone those people and wait.
What we built
An AI employee connected straight to their ERP. Replenishment alerts, sales analytics, anomaly flags, and a plain-language assistant any member of staff can ask. It works around the clock alongside the team, clearing the lookups so people can do the work that matters.
Outcome
Stock questions answered in seconds instead of phone calls. From first demo to paid engagement in under two weeks.

A full audit programme across 33 companies for an investment group with a portfolio worth more than €100M.
Challenge
Thirty-three companies, a portfolio worth more than €100M, and no clear picture of their security exposure or how visible they were in search and in the AI answers replacing it.
What we built
A full audit programme. Security findings scored by severity, search and AI-answer visibility analysis, competitor mapping, and a written report for every single company in the portfolio.
Outcome
